I rebuild the structure underneath: data models, validation, orchestration, permissions, and failure handling so systems run reliably at scale.
Rebuilt manual staffing and event operations workflows into a validated automation pipeline using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Workato, Airtable, and delivery logging.
The workflow supports event operations involving hundreds of participants per event, reducing coordination overhead by replacing fragile manual steps with structured data, queue states, validation, and recoverable sync paths.
